My concern

I joined the Navy immediately after graduating from high school. I did it because I wanted to get away from my stepdad. My mom married him when I was 16 and I never felt comfortable around him. He never did anything to me but he was just a creep.
He would stare at me, try to sit right next to me. When we were alone he would always tell me off color jokes and try to touch me—hold my hand, rub my back, put his hands in my hair. He always sat across from me so he could try to look up my dress when I sat down. I locked the bathroom door because he tried to walk in on me when I was in the shower.
They now have a 13 year old foster daughter in the house. My mom refuses to see what he is like. I am going home in three weeks and I have to warn this little girl to watch out for him.
