My Boss is getting to me
I am a commission based sales representative. If I don’t sell I don’t eat. My immediate supervisor has the power to move, realign or restrict sales territories. He uses that power to incentivize the people that work for him. If you piss him off he can move you to an area that has no potential or restrict contact with certain customers.
