Walked in on my Mom

I came home from a date last night at 11:30PM. Went up to my parents room to tell Mom I was home. I opened the door and there was my Mom on her back in bed with our next door neighbors head buried between her legs. I closed the door quickly and went back down stairs. I made a snack and looked at some videos. About 12:15 my Mom came down in a robe and grabbed a glass of water. She looked a little surprised to see me but kissed me on the head—asked how my date was and went back upstairs. I stayed up until 1:00AM and never saw him leave or anything.
My Dad gets home from a business trip this afternoon. I don’t know what to do about this.

I have kept my mouth shut and I don’t think my Mom has a clue I saw her. I feel guilty as hell not telling my Dad but I don’t want to be the one to start a huge fight. I am trying not to judge my Mom but it isn’t easy. I just wonder how many other guys she has been cheating with!!!!
