I want to sleep with my roommate

So my roommate and I have had sexual tension for over a year now so much that people have commented on it. We flirt and wrestle a lot and she’s my best friend.
Neither of us are interested in a romantic relationship ever which is awesome and we’ve discussed entering a very specifically non-sexual BDSM arrangement about a year ago but we both agreed we need to study up on the lifestyle.
Since then I’ve had a shift in that I really am interested in a sexual relationship with her if it were to come up and I’ve not directly asked but she might have implied she might have shifted a bit as well.
It was a few months ago and we were talking about sexuality and she said she wasn’t opposed to having sex if it came up but I’m not sure if she was talking generally for the right person or with me.
Since then we’ve been pretty busy so we haven’t been flirting as much but earlier this month she did completely pin me to the ground a few times then got up and started dirty talking to her puzzle ‘I’m gonna do you all night long’ and such.
She also used to respond to my ‘fuck you’ or ‘fuck me’ during board games with a ‘no thanks’ but she started saying ‘not right now’ or no comment at all. If I tell her to go fuck herself she’ll say my vibrators not charged’

I know it seems obvious but like. She’s never had any interest in having sex with anyone. Ever. And initially specified sex being off limits. I genuinely cannot tell if that’s changed or if she’s bantering because it’s fun. Someone help my dumb ass.
