Nine years ago I had a brief affair with my ex. That affair resulted in the conception of my third child. My husband believes that he is Elizabeth's father but I know he is not. She looks exactly like me whereas my other two daughters favor my husbands side. Recently I was shopping with Beth and we ran into the ex. When he saw her I knew he was doing the math in his head. Sure enough, he sent me an email that evening asking if he is her dad. I lied and said I didn't think so but now he is suggesting we have a DNA test because he wants to be in her life. I don't want his family to be around her but mostly it will confuse her and destroy my family. My husband is very jealous and I am not sure what he will do if he finds out the truth.
